The recruitment process starts when the client exposes its labor requirements using any preferred communication channel, including:
Information Required from the Client
To ensure proper recruitment and smooth processing, we need the following information:
Demand Analysis
- Job title and category (Example: Pipe Fitter, Site Engineer, Electrician, Shuttering Carpenter, Welder, etc.)
- Number of required candidates
- Project name or company name
- Job description and responsibilities
Salary & Contract Information
- Monthly salary package
- Fixed allowances and overtime policy
- Contract duration
- Probation period
- Working hours and weekly schedule
Work Location & Conditions
- Project location or city
- Site working conditions
- Duty timing and shift details
Employee Benefits
Clients are requested to confirm the following facilities:
- Food or food allowance
- Accommodation
- Transportation
- Medical insurance
- Air tickets and annual leave policy
Technical Requirements
- Required experience level
- Gulf or international experience preference
- Technical certifications or trade test requirements (Example: Aramco, TUV, AWS, etc.)

Recruitment Documentation & Legal Compliance
The Emigration Ordinance of 1979 needs specified documents to legitimately recruit Pakistani workers for abroad employment. These documents are necessary to obtain formal recruitment permission from the Protector of Emigrants.
Required Documents
Power of Attorney (PoA)
A legal document designating Zakriya Overseas Recruiting Agency as Pakistan’s official recruitment representative.
Requirements:
- Issued on company letterhead
- Signed and stamped by authorized personnel
- Attested by:
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
- Embassy/Consulate of Pakistan
Demand Letter
A formal manpower request document containing:
- Job categories
- Number of workers required
- Salary details
- Benefits and facilities
- Contract duration
- Leave policy
This document must also be attested by the Pakistan Embassy in the client’s country.
Employment Contract
A conventional employment agreement that outlines the rights and duties of both the employer and the employee in compliance with labor laws.
Electronic Authorization (For Selected Countries)
In addition to physical documents, countries such as Saudi Arabia (KSA) demand electronic authorization using the Enjaz/MOFA system.
Candidate Sourcing & Selection Process
Following documentation approval, we begin seeking qualified people from our broad recruitment network and database.

Option A – In-Person Recruitment (Recommended for Bulk Hiring)
For large manpower requirements, clients may send their representatives, technical managers, or supervisors to Pakistan for direct selection.

Option B – Online / Virtual Recruitment
For smaller or urgent requirements, we conduct the recruitment process remotely.

- Final interview coordination
We typically provide multiple shortlisted profiles for each position to ensure quality selection.
Technical Trade Testing
For technical and skilled trades, we arrange practical trade tests at certified testing centers to verify candidate competency and experience.
