  • Truthful Representation: We never provide false information to a candidate about their salary, accommodation, or job role.
  • Employer Integrity: We provide foreign employers with an honest assessment of a candidate’s skills. We do not hide weaknesses or exaggerate qualifications.
  • Clear Documentation: Every contract and travel itinerary must be explained clearly to the client before any signatures are taken.

Professionalism in Travel & IATA Standards

  • Compliance: As an IATA-authorized agency, we adhere to global aviation standards. We ensure that every ticket and travel document is issued with precision and speed.

  • Accuracy: We ensure that the hotel categories and distances promised in our packages are exactly what the pilgrim receives in Makkah and Madinah.
